I made this out of an extra long body pillow cover. I cut the middle of the back out and hemmed it around the edges .
I was going to sew elastic across the middle to keep it from sliding off but after using it a few times it stayed in place.
My quilt has a zippered footbox so the part at the bottom is no problem.
Not bad for $12.00!
