I have a friend who is serving in the Peace Corp in Kenya and he misses cheese. I've been sending him Lipton Sides and cheese sauces, but he can get pasta there. I know there are sites that sell cheese powder. Does anyone have a good source? I guess I could buy alot of mac-n-cheese and just send the seasoning packet.

Not sure if you have these in your area, but my Wife and I always buy bulk cheese powder from a local Mennonite community. It usually comes in a pretty large bag (not sure of the size, although I will look when I get home).

Have you checked out Emergency Essentials? I have not tried the food but it may be a source to consider.

Thanks everyone for the great links for cheese powders. I really appreciate your help. Kenya evidently doesn't do cheese.
