Here is a little bit about myself:

I am currently a college freshman in North Carolina. I was raised in West Virginia. But by the time of my thru-hike, it would be after the time I graduated. I am a psychology major. I like hiking and the outdoors. I also like to go on outdoor adventures. I have never hiked in the western the desert, snow, or mountains.

Hey Birthday Bear-

If you go out to the terminus alone, you will easily be able to fall into a group that matches your hiking pace and personality. Especially if you stay at a trail angel's place in San Diego. I wouldn't worry too much about it.
