Request for stories, from TURBO of NZ

In 2015 I met a hiker named Turbo on the trail he was severely dehydrated and come into the shelter in a state of near collapse in need of a doctor. I arranged a medical evacuation after I evaluated him and have often wondered what became of him after that. Well 23 months later out of the blue my son received a Face Book request from a man from New Zealand asking if it was he that was on the AT in 2015. Long story short he spent some days in the hospital and then a few more in a hotel before returning and completing the trail. Turbo is now working on his book and has asked me to remind hikers that have promised to send him stories to please do so.

So hear it goes:

Turbo is hoping that everyone who promised to write and submit a story for his book will fulfill their promise soon. It will be an interesting book…so come on you hikers..…
