I wondered at first how the recall became Type I(serious injury/illness or death) and then I realized it could be fatal to folks with a rubber/latex allergy? Otherwise, it's just some indigestible fibre...

Depending on the size of the chunks might be a choking hazard? Err on the side of caution?

The Breakfast Skillet is really good. I get the singles at Walmart. I wonder what's different in this one?

Few years ago at "Subway" I ordered a chopped salad and in it I found one of these critters crawling around:

I just read that as "err on the size of crouton" and figured that if it's not as big as a crouton, you're pretty much going to be okay. :)

I have a packet of this stuff, and all the numbers match except the best-by date: mine says "best by Nov. 2046". Presumably this is okay to eat, then, but when I repack it into single servings, I'm going to be checking it pretty closely. People with "tiptoe" as a trail name aren't big risk takers.
