Great Pics Starlyte(Marsha,Marsha, Marsha) I had a great time at the Ruck and definiately enjoyed al the great food. Hope we meet again.

Good pictures. Looked a lot colder than it did when we passed through last year.

Sorry I missed out meeting everyone at the campfire. Got to the campground Saturday nite around 11:30, hung the hammock, built a fire and crashed about 30 minutes later. I heard the wolf howls from the fire about 2am and responded with a tarzan yell. Maybe you heard it. Anyway, we were up and gone by 8 am and drove to Caledonia State Park and hiked in the rain to Quarry Gap Shelter.
Cheesewhiz- whats up with the pictures from the campfire not suitable for public viewing?????????

This time of year the general store is not open yet, so no ice cream. However, the weather was unusually warm there this time of year, as a matter of fact it was 58 degrees on Saturday-I was sitting on a porch swing next to the hostel eating my lunch! It made for a perfect campfire at night too.
The spirits flowed.......
BTW 'Slog - I'd do anything for you as long as Bad Ass Turtle doesn't get me.

Great pictures! I had an awesome time at the PA Ruck. Thanks for all of the tips. Now I am more excited than ever to get out on the trail and have the time of my life. It's cool finally being able to put a face to some of the names that I have been talking to on here. It's an honor to become part of such an awesome family. Marsha, thanks for the delicious food. Mara, I'm glad that you didn't tuckerize my pack. Cheesewiz, Stumpknocker, and Alysha I will see you on the trail. L. Wolf, thanks for the great advice. Maybe I will see you on the trail as well. Hunter I am keeping my sleeping bag desipte the ridicule (just kidding, great advice). Weathercarrot, the slideshows were FANTASTIC! I can't name everyone but it was so nice to meet you all. Maybe I'll see you at Trail Days.
