Seam sealing new tent around the zipper area?

I am sealing a new silnylon tent using silnet and its little brush. Pitched it with fly inside out so I could get the felded seams and little tabbys. I need advice on how to seal the zipper area. It has the flap with 2 little velcros to shut the flap. My first thought is once the felded seams dry, turn the fly right side out and reseal all tabbys and tie outs and stake the door and zipper super taunt and go down each side.
