From Harpers Ferry to Duncannon, PA the weather looks surprisingly warm.
How does water look until it rains?

Not sure about the status of the springs in that area but piped water via spigot is available at Gathland State Park, Dahlgren Backpacker Campground, and Washington Monument State Park. Hope this helps

Southern PA is very dry (we're about 12 inches low for the year, out of 30) so fill up your water bottles when you get a chance.

Good advice. Maryland and PA are dry. Luckily a number of parks with piped water.
But many shelter springs have nothing but a long dry walk to offer.
