Sam's club has these pant for 17 dollars run a half size a
small they have WP ON label front pockets are not deep but a good deal for hiking in the fall

The only thing I'm seeing online are lots of cotton (not good) and a couple fleece.

I've got Weatherproof Thermafleece pants; those are base layers for winter warmth, not hiking pants.
