For those of you anxious to get your hands on this year's edition of the Thru-Hiker's Companion, I just found out that it should be getting delivered by the publishers on Wednesday. (I'll confirm this later in the week).

Folks wanting to order one would probably do best to go thru the A.T.C.
(see the Ultimate Trail Store section at www.atconf.org)

The Companion was delivered to ATC's warehouse yesterday (Wednesday, February 8). I was told by the shipping dept. that all back orders were either shipped yesterday or will go out today.

Mine was on back order from ATC, arrived today. I like the new charts for each state that seem to be taken from the Data Book, but put into more of a spreadsheet format. Ditto the listing S>N of hostels/camping/showers.

Anyone know the e-mail address this year for additions/deletions/changes? There are some updates needed I see for Luray and other places near me. Not a criticism, just the reality that this data is a moving target.
