Standing indian campground Question

I know Standing Indian campground in nc is closed until April, but does anyone know if I can still park at and hike the trails from the Standing indian backcountry information booth?

Is it accessible with the park closed?

Trying to plan a loop hike.

Just to clarify, Standing Indian campground is closed for the winter. However, the S.I. Backcountry information booth parking is open and accessible all year long.

All seasonal gated roads are closed as well unil April. This includes Deep Gap.

they close it January 1st or in that week .

+1...all facilities locked up and gate closed during winter but can still hike thru ie Kimsey creek trail to BC kiosk...
