planning a 3-4 day hike in Georgia, ideally a loop neat chatahooche. Any beta you'd like to share ?

The GA-AT-BMT Loop? It's a 56.3-mile loop comprised of three trails: 1) 22.5 miles on the Appalachian Trail (AT) from mile 27.6 just south of Blood Mountain to mile 5.1 Long Creek Falls. 2) 15.2 miles of the Benton MacKaye Trail (BMT) from mile 6.9 at Long Creek Falls to mile 22.1 at the Duncan Ridge Trail (DRT) junction. 3) 18.6 miles of the Duncan Ridge Trail from the BMT junction to the junction of the AT.
It's got some good climbs!
