Going out for two weeks, does anyone know of resupply options in Troutdale, other than a maildrop.

From Dickey Gap there is a convenience store a few miles to the left of the trail on Hwy 16 in Sugar Grove; also a Baptist church hostel to the right a couple of miles in Troutdale. Both have limited supplies, there will be more in Sugar Gap than Troutdale.
Isn’t troutdale right by Daleville?
The AT crosses a road in Daleville that’s like a 5 minute walk from a big grocery store

Yea, if going NOBO continue on to Daleville when you cross US11, it's only another mile or two. If going SOBO, you'll come the Daleville first.

no resupply in Troutdale. 6 miles to Sugar Grove from Dickey gap. just a gas station. the hostel has no supplies

Ops, yes. Never could keep those two towns straight :)
In that case, carry enough supplies to get to Marion. At most it's an extra day. If going SOBO, stock up at Marion to get you to Damascus.
Thanks for the info. We decided to add a day to Partnership Shelter, going south, and head into Marion from there.
