I just tried this over the weekend using the same Betty Crocker mix, a Trangia alcohol stove, some foil, and some stones.
I put the rinsed stones in the bottom of the pot. I fashioned the "wrapper" from foil that I formed around the bottom of my cup. I wiped the inside of the wrapper with some vegetable oil.
Cook time was about 14 minutes.

The stones are there to diffuse the heat?
Yes. Diffuse the heat. They also hold heat. I probably could have snuffed the stove and baked several more minutes on the stones. They still sizzled when I dumped them in water about ten minutes later.

I'll have to try Connolm's method. Only having to carry some aluminum foil is nice and finding rocks is no problem. The method shown in the video is great if you have a big pot to use.
On the other end of the scale, instant chocolate pudding is easy to make if you have a cold stream near-by to chill it.

Non-Stick Aluminum Foil works great for dry baking. No need to apply oil.
