I thought the same thing. About a year and a half after my thruhike attempt I was at a flea market in Florida and somebody was selling embroidered hats for $5. They were from random places all over the country...businesses and tourist places...must have been over-runs or slightly 'off' product that the manufacturer sold cheap to whoever was running the booth at the flea market. Anyway, I dug through the pile and found a very nice embroidered hat from Nantahala Outdoor Center. If you're just looking for a visor I'm sure you could find one cheaper than that.

Do everyone a favor and throw it away. Stuff you take to Goodwill does not go third world countries, where they might not care if something is soiled. The stuff stays within your community or region. In this case that visor would be thrown away and that costs Goodwill money. Instead of it benefiting them the opposite happens.

I think the stain looks like The face of Jesus.
