Flippers and a snorkle?

Starting out in early June (maybe...) SOBO (maybe...thinking about it). What should I put in my pack clothing/sleeping bag-wise? I've been in New Hampster in June for the last million summers, but what's it like waaaay up in Maine? Cold, wet, and buggy? Hot, wet, and buggy? All conditions, all the time?

I'll probably be sleeping strung twixt the trees :D

June on the AT in Maine - shorts, long pants, wicking long undies, a cotton tee, long sleeve shirt, head-net, DEET, a bivy tent, baseball cap, a fleece hat and vest, and a rain jacket. By September I've swapped out the head net and DEET for a fleece jacket, mittens, and heavier long johns.
