Would you be interested in a Park Management Sim a la Sim City?

Would you be interested in playing a game a la Sim City except instead of a city, you are creating a National park, establishing/maintaining it’s trails, campgrounds, finances and visitor numbers and managing all issues arising from such a venture?
Basically a Park Management Simulator.
