Like the title says...looking at a 15 or 30 but open to suggestions
Doing way to much research and getting more confused....help from those that know pls

I use a 20 deg quilt going through there at that time. But I’m fine with a R1.0 pad. My gf was chilly a few nights last year with a 20 deg quilt and R 3.5 pad. Nights can be low 30s to mid 50s. Campsites can be between 500’ and 2500’ I would recommend a 20 deg.

I did it with a 40 but slept wit my puffy half the time
