Has anyone bought/played with/seen the rei Chrysalis
thinking about geting

It has a very awkward shape and is quite short in length. For how small it is, it should weigh a lot less. The rain fly doesn't come down very far to the ground which probably could be a problem in a rain storm with high winds.

It's way too heavy for a solo backpacking tent ... and you don't get anything for the extra weight. We have one set up in the store where I work and the angles on it are just weird ...

What store do u work in? Im at #80 in boston. We also have it set up and it definitely is "weird".

we got it in and a i concur, it is a bit odd.
I forgot to say that i work at store #54 in Atlanta
