Hi,

I planned an August SOBO section hike from Boiling Springs to Harper’s Ferry because the safety/convenience of leaving the car at the Harper’s Ferry Historic Park parking lot. I rethinking the plan because hiking NOBO (Harper’s Ferry to Boiling Springs) would saving driving time from the northeast.

I’m looking for some input before changing all my plans.

I’ve read conflicting information about long term parking in Boiling Springs at the ATC office or in the area, Is there a safe place to park a car for 7 days in Boiling Springs?

I’m aware the AT shuttle list. If I was going to change plans, Anyone recommend a shuttle in Boiling Springs to take me to Harper’s Ferry?

Just used him the other week for a shuttle from Penn Mar to Duncannon. Reliable. Nice, interesting guy.

And, if it suits your schedule and budget, I highly recommend a stay at the Allenberry Resort in Boiling Springs.
