Anyone know if Bull Gap CS, just north of Neel's, has water?

I have camped there twice and have not been able to find the water source. What I do is fill up at Neel Gap's bathroom and hike it up to Bull Gap. It is only 1 mile north of Neel Gap.

When going nobo walk thru the left side campsite, 100 yards past it is a creek. It was flowing strong in April or May

I will add there’s a blue blaze path marked as well. It’s a good camp site that holds a lot of tents. For water, I usually fill up at Mountain Crossings if heading NoBo and carry the extra water the 1 mile.

I went through there on Saturday 7/28. it was flowing just fine. We did have rain in the area the day before so that might had something to do with it too.
