When is the peak period for SOBO hikers coming through the Smokies?

The first SoBo to finish hit Springer on Monday. 8/24.
Here's a table showing hiker progress taken from my study of southbound thru-hike completers who kept journals at trailjournals.com (but understand that even though the median hiker goes through GSMNP in the first half of November, that does not mean there is a large crowd of them at any time):
