Tis the season for Santas in my life to start asking questions about what I might like as gifts. I ran across this:

https://www.bearminimum.org/products/blue-mama-bear-bowl

and wonder if it's worth considering?

The product comes in various sizes. I'm not looking to replace my standard titanium pot from MSR; rather to add something if I have a guest hiker with me (which is an uncommon occurrence). Thoughts?

Specs are not lighter than a cheap aluminum pot. Get one that your current pot will nest in and you're all set.

Looks like it would be a PITA to clean.

Looks like a silly product IMO

I'd recommend unfolding it, then licking it clean. Save the water and soap!

Tell them you want another titanium pot :-)

Use one of these paper bowls for an unexpected guest to heat their water in. The paper won't burn as long as you have water inside:

You could boil water in a PET waterbottle, too.
