Got one already. You about need an engineering degree to operate the thing. However, much improved over the ALICE ruck and actually intended to carry 125# instead of the ALICE's 70# limit being stretched to 125.

This one can't possibly be as complicated as the new Mountain Hardwear packs.
I saw one all stripped down. The thing has more parts and detachable pockets and things. But it must ride better that the ole' alice bag. Just about anything would though. My question is it a MIL-SPEC item yet?
