Yeah, what he said. You can buy it at grocery stores and Wal-mart. Comes in a can.

Great stuff, Nido. Lots of nutrients, and fantastic calorie/ounce properties, PLUS tastes great. We go through a couple of big cans every year, mixing it with all sorts of trail food.

Pay attention to the Nido label.
You want WHOLE MILK. In the Hispanic section.
Avoid the infant formula skim milk version.

Use caution if your not a whole milk drinker!!!! Make sure you have plenty of TP!!!! I’ve gotten away from milk as I have gotten lactose intolerant as I got into my 40’s...even the beloved carnation IB has enough milk combined with coffee to make digging a cat hole fast enough tough!!![emoji23]

Yeah me too , but didn't hit me until my 50's. Really sucks because ice cream, milkshakes etc.... miss those things although there are alternatives nowadays. I buy my coffee now from trader Joe's has milk, sugar and coffee combined, and doesn't bother me. I miss the nido as well loved the taste, used to take cereal and poptarts for breakfast.

Nestle also has KLIM.

I have found this version of powdered whole milk in asian groceries.

I use it every morning in my oatmeal.
Bulk it up.
