View Full Version : Water at Bly Gap, GA
Looking to do the final leg of GA, Dicks Creek to Deep Gap, but am concerned about water sources drying up. I've heard things in GA are bad right now. Has anybody hiked that part of the trail lately to know the conditions? Am thinking I might just have to be prepared to hump enough water for the whole trip but would rather not.

I was up there 3 weeks ago. Hopefully someone with more recent experience will chime in. The stream along the path had a good flow. There was water coming out of the pipe at Bly Gap, but it was not a strong flow.
Found someone who went up there today. They report there is still a trickle at Bly Gap.
