USFS 42 - Springer Mountain parking access

Any update on ability to park at USFS 42 at Big Stamp Gap for access to Springer Mountain? Curious if this trail head access is closed off?

The USFS has opened all the trailhead parking areas that serve the AT in North Georgia.
