So let me tell you all about my last two days. I have been elbow deep in corned beef and cabbage. It's been a nightmare. All I can think about is my next trip, and here I am trying to cook corned beef and cabbage for what seems to be the entire state of Michigan. Oh, and it dosn't end, not yet. Today I will put in 10 hours at the restraunt; a repetitive corned beef and cabbage bananza. I hate the stuff. I can honestly tell you that the only smell that might be as potent as a cook knee high in cabbage juice, is a hiker who hasn't showered in a couple of weeks.
I'll be thinking of the class of 2006 and wishing I was there, but here is allright for now. I will be trail bound soon enough, and all this cabbage juice will be but a distant memory.. WHO'S GETTING TOASTY TONIGHT?????
