Okay boys, Santa brought me a new Expedition pack to stay out even longer than usual---the mighty Jurassic World Edition in subdued colors.

Friendly and knowledgeable store clerks helped with torso length and proper fitting.

The above new pack supplants an older smaller pack of inferior design---

Although I'm happy with my new Christmas 2020 pack, it's hard to let go of my most recent load hauler---most comfortable pack I've ever worn---even with 21 days worth of food and gear.

I've been offered to be an Official Spokesman for these brands but so far I'm reluctant to allow my name to be associated with such products. This DOES NOT MEAN they are not excellent backpacks for the serious outdoorsman. All packs of course are hand made and must be custom ordered---by first sending in your measurements and fabric choices etc.

And you're right---the first one is very cool! I have found thru long experience that the pictured T-Rex actually repels pit vipers and rodents who approach me from behind.

You know our uncle fungus and his $1,000 packs and tents, he just can't help himself.

Just another example.

Actually, the pack (below) as mentioned is custom made and uses a proprietary Arc-Rod Sponge Frame with articulating bobbing hipbelt joints (called Bobs) and none of it comes cheap. In fact without accessories the pack costs $2,700 dollars AND NOT THE $12 SHOWN IN THE PIC. If you had such a pack wouldn't you want to show it off????

I just received the best luck of 2020 ! I just found a JWE for $599.99 paypal only, only used 1 summer. I've always wanted a jurassic world edition pack . I'll be the coolest hiker out there next year.

So I don't need that second pack anymore, ill sacrifice for $ 699.99 very little use like new . And no ,no pictures you can trust me. Oh PayPal only please.

Wow, what a deal! I've been hoarding JWE packs and must've missed this $599.99 offer. But be careful---knock-off JWE packs show an Allosaurus AND NOT a T-Rex---these packs ARE NOT authentic!!!

I just pulled a trip with my JWE pack and used a $428 pack cover I found online at AOI, an outdoor retailer specializing in backpacking accessories. (Accoutrements Of Idiocy.com).

Here's a pic of my JWE pack stuffed with 24 days worth of gear while using the pure silver-lined dyneema pack cover---pack not visible and blocked by cover---and despite the small size of the JWE it expands tremendously when stuffed.

Are you using the same hefty pack cover?????

Similar, but my hefty pack cover is multi purpose. It be used as:

Bear bag
Dry sack
Collect debris for a fire in
Sleep on
Wind sock
Laundry bag
And makes a great trash bag

carrying water back to camp?
Floating the pack in the puddle that had formed by this sudden downpour?
