AT Lodge, they are probably there every day

And probably the only option. The biggest issue will be getting the permits and reservations for the dates you want.

Go to the WhiteBlaze home page, on the left side, complete list of shuttle operators available for free download, along with lots of other useful, up-to-date information.

Just click, below, on what you want and it will automatically download as a pdf:

From where? Monson? If so you'd qualify to stay the the AT long distance site, but know that the Birches will be full almost every night from mid August to mid October.
How large a group?
You'll need reservations to stay at Katahdin Stream instead - and they're very hard to get that time of year.
Take a look at this The Nobo’s guide to Baxter and Katahdin for 2022 (https://baxterinfo.wordpress.com/2017/10/14/the-nobos-guide-to-baxter-and-katahdin-for-2018/), and give HQ a call with any questions.

More detail will help with replies.
How are you getting to the park?.
Do you want a shuttle from the airport?
Are you booking a group site in the park?. They are hard to get all summer and on fall weekends. Learn how the reservation works and the first day a slot opening up on the rolling reservation list grab it. BTW, all the groups sites are some distance from the trailheads. Sure you can walk but add in a round trip couple of miles onto a hike to get from the campsite to the trailhead.
Are the shuttles you want to set up inside the park or from some point outside to inside?.
BSP also has an enforced number of hikers in group on the trails. If its a large group over 10, the groups will need to hike different trails to different destinations.

There are options to stay at private campgrounds outside the park. The accommodations are less primitive, showers and limited power. Many prefer those options but realize its public campground with usually a large contingent of white water kayakers partying. If you do not like the partying do not stay there.

If you are familiar with BSP, getting around inside the park is problematical unless you have a couple of vehicles. The roads are narrow and dusty and not recomended for walking on or hitchhiking. There are not a lot of loop hikes so you either out and back hike or spot cars. Mountain bikes are allowed on park roads but probably not practical for someone not driving in.
