I just completed the Georgia Loop trail...AT, BMT, DRT.
I was told by more than a few people to expect the Duncan Ridge Trail to be a neglected trail in terms of maintenance. I found quite the opposite to be true. The DRT was in great shape. Well marked with newly painted blazes, and the entire trail was clear and easy to follow. There were some big fallen trees that were freshly cut to clear the trail. Whoever is maintaining the DRT, thank you very much! You've done a great job!
