Pen Mar Park Parking

I am planning a section hike from Pen Mar into PA- the last time I parked at Pen Mar there was a lot across from the gate that didn't require registration. This was before Covid and I'm wondering if this lot still exists, does anyone know if there's still a lot I can park overnight? Thanks in advance!

Yes, we parked there not too long ago across the street from the gate/walkway down to the pavilion with no problem [6 days].
