So I am dehydrating some ground turkey, ground beef, tomato sauce and some veggies. I am confident the turkey was a success. It is in a cloth wrap right now and there does not seem to be an excess moisture. The veggies... at what point are they complete? Do they need to be crunchy? If (zuccini for example) is slightly pliable, will it mold? I am leaving on 4-29 so I have a chance to test it out, but if it will mold, say, in 4 weeks, then I will be pretty bummed out. Any veggie suggestions?

Pliable is ok, what you want to avoid is pockets of wet inside-cut it open and check a piece :) No wet, then it is good to go.
Brittle is always better-less chance of mold.
