We didn't do the whole trail as we only had 2 weeks but, started at the western end; Fethiye and hiked 7 days to the beautiful town of Kas.
The trail often has you walking on Ancient Roman ruins, sometimes the trail is even their ancient aqueduct, and a Roman coliseum, much like the one in Rome at a place called Xantos. But the trail is not an easy one. Sometimes little more than a goat path descending steep, loose rock paths. The video I made about the trip includes our sightseeing in Istanbul, and a hike we did in Cappadocia (the spectacular part of Turkey where many go to see the strange rock formations from hot air balloons) Strangely enough, no one else was out there hiking that amazing place that was full of trails! And skiing at Ecliyes ski area. So enjoy my video if you are at all interested in international hiking or Turkish culture (and food!) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pc_zE0pXGJE
