PT4 - E Armuchee Rd to Highpoint TH

Another great 27 miles on the Pinhoti.
Water was scarce for the majority of the trip.
Someone is putting water out at Highpoint trailhead and Mack White Gap.
Some really great ridge running through this section, lots of tenting ops, and the 2-3 miles of road walking is nice backroads :)

Glad you enjoyed the section, I like it as well. Some of the trail close to Mack White Gap near the fire tower was just rerouted off road onto trail earlier this year.
