Yuppyass ice cream? Maybe it is the Italian in me (fine eating and all that)...but I prefer real ingredients to the collagen found in Cumberland Farms ice cream. :) (And is something sold in 7/11 really yuppie?)

As for yuppie beer...How the hell does beer get yuppy? Beer is etheir good or it is not.

Besides.. BEER and ICE CREAM. BEER and ICE CREAM!

This is just a wonderful, wonderful, thing...

But not for the first time:

Guinness Float <HR>

Ingredients:

3 scoops Vanilla ice-cream (http://www.webtender.com/db/ingred/503)
1 bottle Guinness stout (http://www.webtender.com/db/ingred/442)Mixing instructions:

Put the ice cream in first, then add the Guinness carefully. Wait for the head to go down then fill to top. Blend if you want a milkshake.
Creator/contributor's comments:

My friends and I had these one night at Manhattan's Pizza in Burlington VT. Great from start to finish.

What is that you are drinking in your avatar?

To quote from the pic caption:
.........................................
Tada! The last summit!

I am swigging from a bottle of "sparkling wine" I've had in my fridge since New Years. With a twisty cap, ya know it is good!

..................

We did a big hike two weeks ago and I thought a nice way to celebrate was by having a cheap bottle of wine on the summit. See, I can be classy! :D
