i need your opinions on the hostels, bed & breakfast inns and hotels in the damascus area.........the good, bad and ugly...........

Have stayed at the Dancing Bear twice now and really like the place and the people. Bob and Diane Smith are the owners and are hikers themselves.

They're all good except for The Place. Lots of hikers don't pay for the stay and disobey the rules.

yeah, i'll have to agree with ya LW.............the place needs an over haul for sure...............looks like they're spiffing the grounds up a bit today......

I stayed at The Lazy Fox. Great breakfast. Very nice lady runs it.
