Has anyone tried the Ray-Way quilt? I have a friend that will sew it for me.

I just finished mine, will take it with me this week from Hot Springs to Damascus. It was very easy to make and came out looking pretty good.

I have one. Love it. only problem is that being synthetic, it doesn't pack so well. takes up so much room when it's not keeping me warm. My wife doesn't like it 'cause it's so slick and keeps sliding off.

Has anyone used this as an underquilt. Seems doable to me, & at only about $130 for 2 of the 30 degree ones, it's cheap enough. I'm thinking of a black one for the over quilt & Kelly green for the underquilt.

I think I have an idea for converting it, got to see one first. If I do, will let all know. If anyone has done this, let us know the details.

I love my quilt!!! I finished it earlier in the spring, and have used it on several weekends. Super lightweight- both when it is carried, and when it is lying on top of you. Very warm and comfortable.
