Just wondering if the trails around this area have been damaged from the huge rains these past couple weeks. I know that many areas of NH have been very badly damaged. We plan on hiking Canon Mt and camping up there next weekend.

The trails in the Whites are mostly just very wet and muddy. Although the waterfalls are roaring, the main water damage has occurred in Southern NH. Mostly due to overflowing rivers and streams. I'm heading out in a few minutes to clear water bars for the third time this spring on my two mile section of the AT. Be very prepared for the bugs however they are pretty bad and gonna get worse as it warms up.
