That's 19 miles per day. No biggie. Go for it.

If you want to push to about 20 miles a day. If you don't already have some good trail legs on it would take that long just to get back in the swing of it. I took 12 or 13 to do the same section and enjoyd it because I could slow down or speed up as I wanted. I think my longest day was around a 15 mile day.
Anyway, it would depend on how much you want to do the miles. If only had a week and didn't have my trail legs I would probably only plan about 85 miles give or take.
