If Google doesn't work for you, then how about the US Geologic Survey (the folks who make the topo maps) or your state department of conservation (or some such - they always have maps) or even the counties' own highway departments. If you were in Tennessee, I'd even send you to the TVA. Anyway, I've gotten maps from all these folks in the past.
