Just FYI - Dancing Light Gear (http://www.trailquest.net/store.html#tarps) has posted on its website that they will be closing on Sept 25, 2006. I know many folks have some of their gear (I know I have the waterbag and love it) so I thought I'd pass the info along!

Bummer. Haven't had the chance to see or use any of their gear, but from what I could see over the web their stuff always looked very interesting. Any idea what the problem is?

No clue - but I have one of their waterbags - and I am ordering a few more. I have considered their Brawny tarptent and will watch the going out of business sales in case the price comes way down.

I'd like to get one of the silnylon pack covers @ $18 but $7 to ship a 3oz item?
I like the Ultralight Silnylon WaterSac, Item #2065 - $10. I just ordered one.

Well, experience tells me they ship via priority mail, so it's about $4.50 right there. Another roughly $3 for handling etc. really isn't excessive... But like my wife tells me, it's your money - spend wisely.

Looks like the closing date was moved up to tomorrow.
