I recently received several pocket knives and one is a Victorinox Swiss Army Knife. It is fairly unusual in that I have never seen some of the tools on it. It is standard size (similar to a Spartan (http://www.victorinox.ch/index.cfm?page=158&lang=E)) but I do not see any of these tools on their website. I can at least figure out what the tools do - but this one (http://whiteblaze.net/forum/vbg/files/4/5/0/7/DSCN0311.JPG) has me stumped. Can anyone identify it? Thanks!

I'm not sure what it's intended purpose is but I know from first hand experience that it is excellent for peeling oranges. The edge nearest the belly of the blade is sort of sharp and works well for making shallow cuts with a pulling motion.

Maybe for cutting small tight lines?

Post a picture here of the knife with all the tools or blades opened in such a way to see them all. And turn the knife over, opposite of the picture you posted, I want to be able see the inscription on the blade base, as well as all the blades/tools.

I think Singe03 may be right on the money. The Swiss Army Midnite MiniChamp:

has a blade that looks similar and is called a "Orange peeler w/scraper".
Nice call!

Just found another one that looks exactly like what you have, the Executive Swiss Army Knife:

and

Again, it's an orange peeler/screwdriver.

The Swiss must like oranges!

LOL I wont take credit for a "good call", how about "dumb luck" on this one, I was sitting down with an orange and a swiss army knife and thought "hmmmm"...
