Lone Wolf,

Whatever happened to the "Appalachian Inn" owned by the same owner of the former Old Mill Restaurant??

Jeff, the Inn is owned by other folks, The "Old Mill" is owned and operated by local folks. Nice place, nice bar, incredible rooms. All around GREAT.

Used this place on one visit thru Damascus. Sue Bullard is a fine lady and has a comfy place here. Enjoyed the stay. And the cat.

Suzanne informed me today that The Hiker's Inn is for sale. Any of you wanting to have a little hiker business in a big, beautiful home on main st. Damascus give her a call for details and info.

The Hike Inn is a great place to stay. I stayed there during my 07 thru hike and had the pleasure of staying there a couple weeks ago on my way through Virginia. Suzanne is one of the nicest people you will meet on the trail and runs a great place.

LW, did the Hike Inn ever sell or is it still for sale? Wish we could afford it!

Do you know any of the terms of sale? Price, cash, note, and who is the owner? Who would be contacted to negotiate a sale?
