Silicone caulk thinned with mineral spirits (http://www.sixmoondesigns.com/support/seam.asp)would be the seam sealer of choice.

im useing a winter bivi made by black diamond. its made of EPIC fabric.it is an unhooped envelope with a zipper opening. its seams were sealed with seam sealer. they are fine. the bivi sac is four years old and it is not as water resistant as it used to be. if you pour water on it it beads. if you wait longer, it soaks thru. i know how good it can be and its not up to snuff. black diamond said i must re coat the fabric with a spray. what spray is the question.

Try a common silicone spray (http://workingperson.com/products/85_101/1/983/Waterproofing_Stain_Repellent_and_Scent_Free_Silic one_Spray.html) on a small(very small) section of fabric to see if it performs.

From Nextec's website...

http://www.nextec.com/thetech/care.php

They don't recommend treating it with any product. Instead, washing it is the way to get it back up to snuff.

Also, EPIC isn't a waterproof fabric but a water repellant one... it won't keep water out forever.
