Notice that it comes with a complete set of pipes & a wicker basket to carry everything.
And at only 43 Lbs I'll just glide down the trail :p
No fuel to carry, WOO HOO!

Add $19 for the pipes and basket for a mere 64 lbs.

LOL,,,,, no doubt!
So do you think he can get the stove to under 60 Lbs?? That would be SWEET!
I still like the idea of not having to carry a whole pound of fuel by carrying this stove

Minnesota Smith just bought the last one. Can use it to heat the shelters in VT and NH next February. Whats an extra 60 lbs+-.
HOI, can you make one out of a party favor or wedding tin? LOL, I am planning a TTA new members backpacking trip in Sept. on the 30th, why don't you come along. Just don't bring this stove, cause I ain't carrying it!
Karo - I'm working on a wood burner from an empty can of Nido at the moment - just has a little problem with creosote ;-)
So far I have avoided TN except for areas real close to the border - how about you joining me at the Blueberry Massacreee at Mt. Rogers / Grayson Highlands over Labor Day weekend?
I can make one at home with some galvanized steel and an old car manifold. I can get it down to an ultralight 40 lbs.

Now all you need is a firefighter to haul your pack.
