After watching an episode of "Survivorman" I have been thinking about going into northern Ontario or Quebec next summer for a week or two (unlike Les on the show, my plans are to take a car and procure a room)
Anyone ever been to or know any info on Moosonee, ON (via train) or the Matagami-Radisson highway (Route de la Baie James) in Quebec?? I don't have any specific activites in mind, I just want to experience the north.
From what I can tell from the net, this area makes the wilds of Maine look like suburban Boston....
