We're doing a hike from springer to fontana starting on oct 8th, does anyone have a link to somewhere where I can find info on avg. temps (high and low) along the trail?

I've not seen your info, but the ATC has a good chart for weather averages.

The "hike the trail" portion also has some other good info on the AT.
