Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the soundtrack to Lion Kings movie Walking with freedom. I have checked on all the places he listed at the end of the movie. If anyone can help, I thank you.

Little Bear, I also heard it would be available from Campor. I emailed Campor's customer question link, and have heard nothing from them. I'm with you though...loved the soundtrack and really want to purchase it. I saw somewhere either here or TJ in one of Lion King's own posts that it was going to be coming out, so I guess we'll just have to wait. :(

thanks for the reply, is it going to be the walking with freedom or from his new movie walking west with freedom? you got to like the soundtrack it is all songs about hiking.:banana

LK was trying to put together a soundtrack CD with the DVD back in '04 but according to some of his posts here he had some trouble getting the rights to the music...not sure if he ever suceeded. Last I heard he's been out doing the PCT with a video camera.
Great movie, by the way.

yeah the movie was great, and i heard he was putting together another movie, I just loved the music and was wanting a copy. maybe someone knows where we can get a copy
My idea was if we could at least get a list of the songs, then I could go online and download them onto my MP3 player, but he doesn't have the songs listed on the DVD credits does he?

I liked the one called "Appalachian Childhood Dreams"; it was the part with the bears, during the NY section. Beautiful piece of music.

No the WWF soundtrack isnt and wont be available as a whole.
I wasnt able to get the rights as a CD for all of them, BUT the new songs and a few of the WalkingWithFreedom songs will be available soon---or so I have been told----on a seperate CD featuring music from both films.
WIsh there was something I could do about it, but thats how the ankle rolls.
