Where could I find some replacement tie out cord for my HH?
I left my HH set up and came home to find shredded tie outs.
I think my neighbor's cat chewed on them.

I'm assuming you are referring to the bungee cord tieouts. I know REI sells it by foot and I think I saw some at Home Depot as well. If nothing else, contact HH, I'm sure they would sell you replacements.

JRB has slingshot tie outs. You can also check an outfitter for something like trip-tease.
And get a slingshot for the cat.
I will get a couple sets from the Jacks.
